Info for walkers
The Ladies in the Night Walk will mean many things to many people, for some a poignant event to remember a loved one, for some a giggle with the girls, some might find it a personal and physical challenge but whoever you are and whatever your motivation please come and join us.

The Route
The walk will leave from Michael Sobell House and will take ladies along the roads through Northwood, Moor Park and Northwood Hills. The route is well lit, mostly residential and well protected by our MSH Marshals.

There are two distances to chose from: 14km (9miles) or 8km(5.5miles). They follow the same route with a loop back for the shorter option.
